Coleen has been showing off her newly toned body as she holiday’s with the girls in Barbados.
There is no doubting that the WAG is looking great in her bikini and Coleen reckons its all down to good old diet and exercise:
‘I’ve been quite good with my diet and exercise recently, and anyway, I want to enjoy my holiday rather than worry about how I look.’
Glad to know Coleen is keeping it real and not going on any of these fad diets!
