Krystell Sidwell, wife of Premiership footballer Steve Sidwell, reckons anyone who thinks WAGs don’t work hard should think again.

Krystell is one of 10 footballers’ spouses who will star in the ITV2 programme, which sees two teams of WAGs set up boutiques next door to each other.

The team that makes the most money will donate the profits from the stores to the their teams favourite charity.

The single WAG who makes the most money from individual sales will be rewarded with her very own clothing range, created in collaboration with a major designer.

The ITV2 show began filming a month ago and is due to aired later this month.

Krystell told the Evening Post: ‘I think the people who watch will be looking for stereotypical WAGs but most of us are hard working and a lot of the wives at this club run their own businesses.

‘We’ve designed the shops ourselves and bought the stock and basically started the business from scratch.

‘The reality is we’ve taken six months out of our lives and given it 100 per cent.

‘It’s been really hard and we’re pretty competitive.

‘Everyone wants to up the game. If you don’t win, your profits don’t go to the charity of your choice – they go to your rival’s choice.’

If the girls don’t work hard they will not make it!

Six months is no time it takes years to build up a name which your clients link to quality and value, don’t try and be the cheapest. they need a good surply contact with no bull….!
