Girls Aloud singer Cheryl Tweedy will be fuming at the news that her husband Ashley Cole has been blowing thousands of pounds on lap dances!

Ashley Cole was out with his Chelsea team mates, Joe Cole, John Terry and Frank Lampard last week, celebrating Joe Cole’s 25th birhday.

After a few drinks they headed for Stringfellows nightclub.

The Mirror reports that the bunch of Chelsea players headed for the the Gold VIP room and presented Joe Cole with various lap dances, but it was Ashley Cole who showed the greatest appetite for the lap dancers.

The insider told the Mirror: ‘Although he has stunning Cheryl Tweedy at home, Ashley seemed rather excited.

‘He spent £2,000 on dances, and stayed behind long after the others had gone home.’

THe Mirror also reported that while Joe Cole’s missus Carly Zucker was at home, the Joe had been chatting with glamour girl Keeley Hazell at the Piccadilly club. A strange choice, as he was left battered in a brawl during a party at her Grove Park home, in London, back in January.
