Friends of the former WAG are concerned she is trying turn in to a glamour model to win Jermain Defoe back.

‘Charlotte Mears is still in love with ex-fianc é Jermain Defoe’, according to a friend and has had a boob job to enhance her chest from a normal 32C to a Danielle Lloyd, DD.

Mears has apparently been concerned about her image for a while now and had the op to boost her confidence. 

Her “pal” adds: ‘The split has hit Charlotte hard, Everyone hopes she didn’t decide to do it just to win Jermain back, because he is happy with Dani now.’

Some good friends Charlotte has, don’t you think?!
